Request for Italian Giambotta with meat recipe, made in the oven? - italian sausage oven

A family member of a rave Giambotta Italian in the oven, but it does not share the recipe. I know the recipe for Italian sausage, chicken, potatoes, onions and peppers and it is in the oven, but I do not know if the meat was burnt, or what spices or liquids to add flavor and sauce. Thanks for all ideas.

Cook the chicken and only add to this recipe, and called his socks LOL .. and not just hate when people, and even fewer families will not share ....

Yield: 6 servings
2 pound Italian sausage - sliced
2 areas

Sausage in a pan and bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain well and set aside. (Just fry takes less time.) In an ovenproof pan, place enough oil to cover the pieces of potatoes. When the oil is hot, add potatoes and cook until brown on one side. Turn potatoes and add the peppers and onions. Cook vegetables only half of being still firm. Oil pan, add sausage seasoning, wine, broth, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir lightly. Place the pan from the oven to 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately. 4.5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 / olive oil 2 cup
1 (35 ounces) tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 pinch dried oregano crushed
2 medium boiling potatoes (large)
2 cups green beans or zucchini, for example
Salt and pepper

1.Heat pan over medium heat.
2.Add oil and coat the pan.
3.Add garlic and cook til soft but not brown.
4.Drain tomato juice and set aside.
5.Add tomatoes and oregano to pan and cook 20-30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
