The healing process may take several weeks to a year. Meanwhile:

1. Not engage in the activity, which has caused up to the elbow is completely healed. Then find the courses on how to avoid injury to the elbow again.

2. Use ice to reduce swelling and inflammation as the counter ibuprofen (Tylenol) to begin the healing process.

3. Continue with the exercise described in the attached map.

4. If this still does not after the first year of work, in May, then you must go to the doctor who will determine if the cortisone injection or surgery.

Anti-inflammitories pressed his arm should help. If bad enough, cortisone injections really help. My husband had tennis elbow and had a cortisone injection. It hurts like hell for 2 days after injection, but that was many years ago and his elbow is fine, tennis elbow does not return

Rest and anti-inflammatory drugs. If the injury elbow actually play tennis, in some tennis courts, instead of investing to a doctor. It is more than likely in excess of your arm when you swing the bat.
